Refund & Cancellation Policy
KURENTA, INC. — Refund, Cancellation and Renewal Terms
Once payment is completed and the user has submitted onboarding information, the service process is deemed to have started.
From that point, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.
The following fees are never refundable under any circumstances:
Users may cancel recurring or annual services before the next billing period.
No refunds are provided for billing periods that have already been charged.
Recurring services may renew automatically.

If use of fraudulent documents, abusive chargebacks or suspected fraud is detected, KURENTA reserves the right to refuse service or terminate existing services.
