The following consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information are entirely the User's responsibility:

tax penalties
government rejections
bank account closures
verification failures
suspension status
compliance issues
EIN delays
Stripe / Wise / Mercury rejections
third-party damages

4. No Guarantees

KURENTA does not guarantee:

bank account opening
Stripe approval
Wise approval
Mercury approval
Payoneer approval
EIN processing time
IRS processing time
HMRC processing time
Companies House processing time
government approval processes
third-party organisation decisions

Note: All third-party decisions and government processes are outside KURENTA's control.

5. Payment Policy

All payments are collected in USD or GBP.

Purchased services are digital, administrative and compliance-focused services.

The service process is deemed to have started once payment is completed and the User has submitted onboarding information.

From that point, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.

Government filing fees, state fees, Companies House fees and other third-party fees are never refundable under any circumstances.

6. Automatic Renewals

If the User purchases recurring or annual services, they accept automatic charges from the registered payment method.

These services may include:

Annual Report filings
compliance services
accounting services
tax process services

Note: KURENTA will endeavour to notify the User at least 30 days before the renewal date.
